  • A bell tent  takes about 1.5 hours

We take three instalments for our marquee bookings.

  • The first instalment of 35% is to secure your booking
  • The second instalment of 35% is due 6 weeks prior to your event
  • The final deposit is due two weeks prior to your event or on the 1st of the month

Free delivery covers areas within a 5-mile radius of our base location in Alresford, Hampshire. We charge £2/mile beyond the radius stated, i.e. if your address is 30 miles away from Alresford, delivery will be £50. Any delivery costs will be confirmed when booking.

Yes we have public liability insurance of up to £1m.

Delivery and collection time slots will be confirmed 24-48 hours before your delivery date.

All our equipment will be disinfected when we install them, in line with COVID-19 guidelines.

We cover the whole of the south of England, so that includes Hampshire, Wiltshire, West Sussex, Berkshire, Surrey, east Dorset, western Kent and most of west London. We offer free delivery with a 20 mile radius of our base in Alresford, Hampshire. We charge £2 per mile outside of our base area.

If you need to cancel due to Covid, just send us over your positive test and we are happy to change the date subject to availability for you. If there is a lockdown we are happy to change the date also.

Absolutely not! That’s why they are great for all events, in all seasons. Your seasonal pod hire includes our log effect heater, which keeps it nice and snug for you.
